I did not like the first design see other post. I machined these up and made them shorter too. I also threaded the inside with 1/4" NPT thread. Here are some pics. FYI: I had the vented caps off and apart (knocked the roll pins out) and polished them a little. I wanted to see how vented they are. Not much in my book. Pretty restrictive if you ask me. Anyway here are the pics.

Memeber this project where I modded the fuel tanks for bigger pickups. I also added the 3/8 NPT female as well. This will conntet to the tank vent on the gunnel.

Thanks jrork. I wish I had the patience and skill you do on hulls. Too bad you are too far away, we could trade work. Man I gotta get out of this desk job.... :mad:

You my friend are easily fooled. I would cut both off with a rusty knife to be able to do what you are able to do. Hat's off to you. YOU ARE THE MAN with that stuff....
Keep the projects coming and if you run out of things to build, I've got some ideas ;D
