Title: Gauge Set Up

Ok,  since my RPM's peak and hold at 6k, and the fuel was wrong (ran out last weekend), I assume all the gauges are wrong. 

Can you guys help me get in the ball park on what are normal limits for a stock Ford 460..water temp, oil pressure, etc...

My 460 runs 120 temp, 60 peak on oil pressure when smashing the throttle.
