RPM is a cast cranks arch nemesis.
About 550 horsepower and 5,200 rpm is my line in the sand.
Heard of much more, but I think luck plays a big part.

I'd say 550-600 hp is about the limit... BUT... 6000 rpm is also about all I'd spin one up to... And not 6000 and keep it there... Like "oops... I went 6000"... I've gone harder on them... But then I've also had them let go at less... Harmonics are the devil on cast cranks.
