Title: hardline exhaust logs.. do they rob power will headers work better???

my boat has hardline exhaust logs.. my question is will the motor breath better and work better with headers or not????

Yes, the Hardin logs,, or any of the "log" exhausts are restrictive.  If you are wanting to build more performance, better exhausts will definitely help.  You can consider some of the center rise exhausts or through transom headers if you want a power gain and still want to keep the exhaust through transom.

just something to think about.  i didnt want headers due to noise, heat, and harrassment. but i didnt want the logs and snails either.
