wil a set of bassett twisted headers give a stock 460 bbf marine motor more power,or will it loose power?

Most people report an increase in RPM after switching.  So, that would be a yes, more power.   Alot depends on what baffles you stick in them though (if any).  And how much water you run through them.  Water saves the chrome, but to much is just back pressure.

Also with what proppy said, it depends on the camshaft, some combination benefit from a bit of back pressure....

Large lift, higher duration cams normally respond well to headers.  ;)
