Hey guys. Can anyone tell what type of distributor this is on my BBC? Couldnt find any identifying markings on it anywhere. Thinking of putting one of those pertronix electronic ignition kits in it versus the old points style but CP Performance has 2 types, one for Mallory and one for Pretolite snap-down cap, so Im not sure which one I need.
Also, I have saddle fuel tanks with vented flip-top fuel fill gas caps. The rubber disc has some cracks in it so was thinking of looking for a replacement or "rebuild kit" but the only thing I can find is from CP Performance and it looks like that kit is for non-vented fill caps. Anyone have a lead on where I can get a new rubber disc or a rebuild kit for the vented flip-top caps?

Just to add to the fuel fill cap rebuild kit question, the one I see online is 2 & 1/8" diameter so not only does that appear to be a non-vented kit but the diameter of the rubber on mine is more like 2.5", so I cant imagine that kit would work. Thanks for any leads!

Malory should have screws that hold the cap down...im pretty sure you have the prestolite

Found out a little more info. This is a dual point distributor. Does that help? I looked around online about a dual point distributor and Mallory kept coming up so I ordered the pertronix ml-181 electronic conversion kit as that should to be the correct kit for Mallory dual point distributor. Hopefully I got the right one.
Regarding the flip-top fuel fill cap. The only markings on it are on the metal/rubber piece that I was hoping to replace due to cracks in the rubber from age. The markings merely indicate the cap was made in England and I cant find anything as far as replacement rubber rebuild kit.

Looks like 427 Wilder nailed it. It does appear to be an Accel 34100 dual point distributor. I compared mine to a bunch of photos I found online. Sounds like I need the Pertronix AC-181 instead. Thanks for the help on that!
