I?m see you have a few options:
Make your own gasket with sheet gasket material like this

Or replace it with a newer one, one that has the proper bypass for jet boats like these:

After some time searching, it happens to be a old omc housing. I didn't think to cut one out, I did order one for 6 bucks though.
