Title: Holley 4150 tuning on a 454
Post by: 1979 Challenger on June 08, 2020, 06:44:39 AM
I am  new here . I have a 21 foot Challenger Daycruiser. 454 Dominator pump. A impeller. I have had it for 11 years always had a Holley 750 on it. Last summer had some problems at the river in Laughlin and bought a Edelbrock 750 at the local parts store. I just got a new Holley 750. What jets should i start out with? What power valve? Or should I try tuning the edelbrock? Thanks for any help.

I would pull the Jets and power valve from the old carburetor and compare them to us in the new carburetor get the number off the power valve and replace it if it’s not the same and the new carburetor and same with the Jets I’m not an elder Brock fan so I would definitely go with the Holley
