Has anyone tried the Holley adjust a plate? I beleive that's what they call it. It's the plate to allow mixture changes from the outside. No more jet changes
Seems like the idea of the ages if it works.

Got a Barry Grant metering plate on my 750dp and it has externally replaceable jets, but never played with an adjust a plate...sounds cool though :-\

I'm still :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: after trying them 7 years ago. never could get them tuned propperly, was always too rich no matter what I did. They make the whole carb longer by 1/2"+ on either side of the main body and you end up with a dog legged accellerator pump diaphram lever(very sloppy).

I bought a set of jets off Jegs today, 70-80 for $14.99. I have gaskets so maybe I'll
high tech next time. I'll save the money for gassssss.
