what size hoses and what type do i need to do the water lines and the fuel lines??? thanx fellas

gonna need glenn on this one, because i think he needs one hose that is a full size radiator hose...speaking of where the hell is glenn? ? ? ? ? ?

i dont think he will be running braided an stuff so you are looking at primarily 5/8's for water lines, and 3/8's for fuel!!!!

If you are running water injected headers, I would use stainless braided line on what will be closest to the pipes.  I melted a hole in one of my lines and it took me about 3 trips to figure out where all the water was coming from.  I will be using them when I re-plumb everything.  For anything that isn't exposed to such heat, 5/8 inch water heater hose works just fine.  Just my .02

The only part I would use braided on is the line from your pump because that is where most of the pressure is coming from and everything else is above the water line.
Keeping lines away from heat and moving objects is a great idea and either zip tied (at least) or hose clamped in place makes for a super clean look and years of trouble free boating.
Maybe not trouble free, but when I do something in terms of rigging, I think long term and insurance.
Spend a little time and money to do it right and it is one less thing that WILL bite you on the ass later.
And is almost always the last thing that will go wrong.
