My mom's 1988 Toyota 22re pick up truck engine rebuild. She has 300k miles on it and it s pucking oil everywhere...
I have a guy that will pull the engine so I can do the machine work... But who will assemble it for us to make sure my machine work is spot on??

Are you sure she's toast? I've got an 87 and at about 350000 miles she was leaking like a siv and one morning she puked all her oil out. It ended up being the o-ring on the external oil pump cover I replaced that and the crankshaft seal behind the harmonic balancer. Now she doesn't leak a drop and I'm about to hit 400,000.

I had more fun when i was IFS with 4.7 t-case gears and trutracs on 31" rubber than I did after the was locked with dual cases....having to work for it makes it fun.
