Soo i bought my first jet boat and its got a 454 bbc. i took it out for the first time on sunday and it started and idled around for a lil then died, i brought it back home and discovered there was some water in the gas tanks.. so i drained it all out and bought the water remover solvant. now it fires right up in my driveway.. (with water running through it) and runs really good. but im a little worried about my headers.. there water injected but i feel like there might be too much water running through, i know theres the 4 way valve you can buy to adjust the water flow. i was thinking about heading to the lake tomorrow afternoon just to see how its running on the water and see if theres any more little problems to attend to. is there anything i can do to avoid possibly blowing/seizing my engine or doing something realy bad before i go out. or is there something recommended that i should do or wait to take it out so i can just take more precautions to oversee all the details? any ideas??? any advice is greatly appreciated! thanks

get one. its an engine saver.

garden hose pressure maybe too much for your headers, and without knowing your setup, its hard to say. I prefer having a valve at the drivers seat, others have had good luck with a Bassett "T". Mine, I set it and forget it 8).
I also have the water seperating fuel filter for each tank, and carry a spare.
