I used the SS ARP bolt w/the 12 point heads are they are MORE than long enough.

Has anyone else had this problem? I ordered a Intake bolt kit off jegs and the bolts are too short. I cant seem to find the right ones in a kit anywhere. Im just looking for some chrome or coated bolts. The ones I bought are an Inch and a quarter long and a couple grab maybe 2 threads and a few dont even thread up. I have stock heads with an Eldelbroke Performer 2.0. Any advice?
Would the 18-8 Stainless work or do I have to go to the 316 stainless? Those bolts only need to be torqued to 30lbs .
Would the 18-8 Stainless work or do I have to go to the 316 stainless?18/8 is essentially 304 grade stainless. 18/8 stands for 18% chromium and 8% Nickel. the tensile and yield strengths of 316 are far superior to the 18/8. if it isnt much more expensive i would just go with the 316
