Title: Jet pack

I have a 20.5 classic 1988 advantage boats with a stock 454 indmar marine jet pack engine dominator 12 j's pump droop 4 degree wedge and place diverter.
Top speed 60 gps.
So here's my question... how do I make it go faster. How much horsepower is in one of these jet packs . I'm revving about 48-4900 rpm.  Would a good set of headers be worth it? Loader? Shoe?
I know it would take some serious horsepower but my goal is 80 mph.
