Title: Killer Ford 289 in a 67 Cougar (Gears, subframe,narrowed rear etc)

My customer calls today, built his engine a couple of years ago...It kick tail !........BUT
He just changed his flex plate and now the engine rocks you outta the car  ???

and so.....he says flexplate goes on with all holes lined up in any position  ???

I'm like hmmm....How did u install it, he says I drilled out bolt holes and forced bolts in with my air tools.
I'm like hmmm. 
Gee no wonder think shakes all to heck, that flex plate only goes on in one position...Counter weight is
way off....DUH  :screwy:

guess it was cheaper than putting that big ol solid roller cam in :o

Shoulda built him a 460 and he would take himself out of the gene pool in short order.   >:D

Why... just use bigger drill  .... 1/2 impact gun and longer reach plugs, then go to town   ;D
