Not a problem.  You needed to take the needle & seat out to make sure it was clean.  Now you have to get the adjustment corrected.

If you still have the bowl off, do like Brian noted and flip the bowl over and adjust the needle until the bottom of the float (actually the top when right side up) is parallel with the float bowl.  Install the bowl and see if you can get the engine started.  Then adjust while running using the sight window.
