I want to go with over transum headers but all have round ports... My engine has square exhaust ports. Do i have to change the exhaust ports or are there adapters

As long as the round port completely covers the square, you are golden.

There are times when major (and imho incorrect) porting on the exhaust ports had been done that you may need to find some blower headers. But this is rare.
