I was cruisin along yesterday at 4500 rpm's and the rpm's dropped to 4000 after about 45 seconds then the motor just turned off. No stumbling or anything, it just shut off like i used the key. Got home and it started right up in the driveway. wtf ? 460 carbed with msd ignition

I'll check it out. I noticed a loose ignition wire under the dash but that wouln't shut me down and  let the motor turn over just not start.

I'll trace these wires..
