MOTHER F()*&^k!!!!! what can i do?????

Get ready to laugh ok so i went to syphon the gas out my boat and used those hoses with brass or copper end with a ball in it guess what it got hung up on somethingi tried deeper, spinning it, jogging back n forth and it came free. But with no brass end my tanks r glassed in how can i try n get it out. After u guys get done laughing helpful thaughts would be appreciated  :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :mad: :mad: :banghead:

Leave it...About the only way I can even think to get it out would be to luck out with one of those little grabber delios, but if you get it out, go buy a lottery ticket.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

im not worried about the damb syphon im worried it will corrode or plug up my fuel pick up

Thought you said it was brass.....If under fuel will never corrode, seriously doubt it could ever plug the pick up, bout the only potential issue I see (and it's a long shot) would be damage to the inside of the tank banging around in there...

No,no,no, I meant buy another boat ;)

If the siphon is like the one I have it's copper with a plastic ball inside, not likely to cause any problems.

to pull out your fiberglass tanks and put in a set of aluminum tanks for ya.

yes metal tanks glassed in the ugly squarish ones :'( and ya i went to bass pro copper syphon lost in it. n ka0tyc u know how many hours i had to tattoo in trade for this damn kauia

Just leave it be. Scarey thought, but probably not the only "foreign" matter in there, and will be the least of it........The fuel pickup will NEVER be able to suck that puppy up off the floor of the tank.

As far as what the hose got hung up on in the first place, however, COULD have been the pickup tube or sending unit floats, and THAT might be a concern requiring removal (Or cutting a big hole in the hull) if your yanking on the hose damaged them.

dont think i pulled that hard as to bend metal all i can do is pray i didnt f nothin up i think i might try the lil grabber thing just need to find where to buy it
