Title: need some cam help

Ok so I have a stock olds 455 in my boat I'm lookin to cam it what would you guys recommend also I'm lookin for a set of ((K)) heads

What heads are you currently running? Also when's the last time the motor was gone through?

I agree, what heads do you have and age on the rotating mass?  BBO are great motors but you can easily over cam them if you don't have the right internals or they are well worn.

The rotating assembly isn't that old as for heads I think they said j on them I heard the k heads r the best to run that's what I'm lookin for also I'm not lookin for a crazy cam or nothing just a little more but I'm not an olds guy always had BBC

For a pretty much stock or very slightly warmed up Olds with log exhaust in ski type boat slinging an A impeller... a Schneider JB3H works pretty good. It will wake the stocker Olds up a bit... but not so big that it's over cammed for the application.

No.  The YJ is its own beast with no interchange parts, unless you install an Energizer kit.  Then you can use Berkeley bowl and accessories.

Ok iv never ran the yj pump before  nor ever heard anything about them how do they run I still haven't been able to run the boat besides in my driveway thought about going to Elsinore but born want to get stranded by my self

The YJ pump is good for what it was designed for... moving heavy boats at a moderate rate.  If you are looking for more than 50-55mph you will be looking at some upgrades.
