Title: Need to pick someone's brain

Just got my boat back from the shop. Got the carbs worked on and tuned up just right. Put it in the water today and it was overheating and then once I shut it off it was making a loud crackling noise. I have videos of the issues happening. Was wondering if anyone knows or has an opinions. I can send you the videos of it too

Did you find out the problem? Having the same problem and have no clue what's going on.
