New to me 71' Mariah
« on: June 24, 2015, 08:29:09 AM »
I just picked up a project boat. It's a 1971 Mariah with a Oldsmobile 455 and a Jacuzzi pump. The issue is I'm new to jet boats and it appears I'm missing the Bell housing/rear motor mount and whatever it is that attaches the motor to the splined shaft for the jacuzzi pump. I have been able to find the Bell housing on eBay but my ?? Is what is it that I need to to mate the 2, together. Thanks Dustin

The bell housing is the rear mount then there is a front mount and you will need a joint with coupler. I have to see if I have the coupler. I will get pics up this afternoon. For you.

I have a bellhousing but it's for a berkeley and I don't think it would work for u unless u wanted to do a 4 point mount then this one would work for that too
