What ignition system?
I personally would opt for an R45 gapped at. 035"

Throw fresh plugs in and re evaluate. Can't even tell where the timing marks are.
But I would say similar to what gt says. I gap a little bit tighter.
How much timing are you pulling for the nitrous shot?

looks like a lot of run time on those plugs.
Honestly, it's hard to say with that much carbon on the plugs. Throw new plugs in it and make a pass. Check and re assess.
6 degrees mite be a little fat. I mite try 5 with 6 and an 1/8th flowing fuel pressure.

Well there you go.
Also want to add. That plug was gapped incorrectly.
The ground strap should be as parallel as possible to the center electrode.
I would not exceed .032-.035". The ground strap should be bent at the radius to obtain proper gap, not bent at the base of the plug. This can weaken the ground strap causing it to break off.

he had a slight bit of speckling on the plug. I think a new set and pull them after a run and re-ascess
But need to also spike the fuel a little bit too.

Yeah I'm gonna put new plugs..but why aren't I getting a timing mark on the top strap ?

For a river set up? Looks great. I would say it may be a little on the fat side, but I would leave it alone.
