Title: NOS Question
Post by: Ckaz21 on September 03, 2014, 09:43:10 PM
Put a 125 shot of spray on the boat. It is the NOS 125 Powershot. I've set it up exactly how the instructions said to.I'm pretty sure my engine is putting out between 500-550hp. I'm turning an A 5,700rpm on 110 octane race 5,400 with 92 octane. I'm using a holley 110gph mechanical fuel pump. Will this keep up with a 125 shot?

No... The 110gph rating is "free" meaning non regulated.

Will it keep up......... Maybe. You mite lean it out due to not getting enough fuel I have ALWAYS, Used another fuel pump and regulator for the nitrous fuel side!!! Better safe than sorry. Always remember to take 2 degrees of timeing away for each 50 hp shot.

Go get a Holley blue fuel pump and set I up the nitrous side on that one. Much more reliable and safe.
