You can get Spicer 1310 u joints at just about any auto parts store.
Start with Google to look at your options.
Looks like you have the standard style with zerk.
Not difficult to replace, but if you've never done it watch a you tube video.

If you are installing the zerk style, install them so the zerk is located in compression rather than in tension. For what it is worth, they seem a little stronger that way.

Think about where the threaded hole exists the think where the load will be in the direction of rotation. Every 90 degrees there is a change between tension and compression. If the rotation "pulls" where the driving yoke is "ahead"of the hole, that's tension, if the driving yoke is behind the hole "pushing" it, that compression.
Comprende?
Look up Moog Super U-Joints. I love them for the price. They are coated so the don't rust too...
Nice joints for the price.
