How's it going new to the forum here. I have a 78 Tahiti with a BBC 454 and a Panther Jet. Was curious how I can know how many quarts my oil pan holds? Has no dipstick as well. Looks pretty deep no numbers or markings that I can find. Boat was bought and owner had not much information about it as it was her husbands. She just knew the motor was rebuilt and had not been out since the rebuild. Boat has a SoCal Speed Shop tag on it. Anyways I'm sure I'll be looking on here for lots of information to get this dialed in. Thanks

I have 2 different bbc pans, one is a chrome stock chevelle pan, 6 qts.
The other is a Dooley pan, I believe, 10 qt capacity, filled to 9 qts, if I remember right.
A good pic of the pan would help.
