What is the best way to plumb the cooling lines for engine when running dry headers? Do I need to run a pressure relief dump?

I'm assuming you have a port for the water to exit, Just put a ball valve between the pump ant the engine. Serch this site for water routing.

Yes I do have a exit. CP sells a dump port with a built in pressure relief valve, has anyone tried one of these?
