As the says I went to see if I have spark from the spark plugs because the motor wouldn't start. And discovered that two spark plugs the bottom of them have almost burned off and fell in the cylinder. Any advise on what to do? Thanks ahead of time guys!

Are you saying the electrode is burned off? If so the ashes are already blown out the exhaust pipe. Now you need to figure out why your burning up spark plugs. If you broke something pulling the spark plugs out, that's a different story.

Just cause I have to ask we're they long reach plugs and the pistons hit them and then they were burnt???

yes the electrode broke off. Top half of it looks black like it was burned. Let me get a pic of it tomorrow I have the plug in the truck

I once retrieved a small piece from a cylinder by putting a wad of thick grease on the end of a thin stick and putting it down there. Or try some masking tape wrapped around a stick and get it down there. I put a very small light on a stick first, just to see where it was at first. It helps to pray first, no kidding. all the best
