Sure looks like a Edelbrock with the logo ground off.

Looks like I will have to make a gasket. Can't seek to find one for sale anywhere

if ur talkin about the top plenum gasket? I had a hard time finding one for mine as well. I took the top off, cleaned both halfs really well, then used a thin layer of permatex ultra grey gasket maker on both halfs, bolted it back together and wiped the outside edge off.. worked well for me..
