Title: Quick Change Oil Plug

I recently got a 1975 Rogers Super Cyclone that was owned by my uncle. I need to change the oil and there is a plug at the back of the pan that I don’t recognize. It looks like a quick change fitting.

Does anyone recognize this fitting or know how these work?

...or is this even a quick change plug?

I’ve done some research and it looks like an Aeroequip fitting, but I can’t find anything specific.

Go to harbor freight they have this vacuum pump thing that will suck it out the dip stick I think its like 40 bucks but hella easy to use and no mess
