Sup y’all I’m in the process of replacing Intake manifold gaskets and header gaskets and I have one last 12 point bolt to remove but can’t find anything to remove it... tried crow foot and ratchet and socket but pipes get in way. Can’t find anything skinny enough to remove it... any suggestions you guys have so I can finish this up this weekend??

Can you maneuver a box end wrench around it?

Did the pipe get bent back towards the bolt?

Yeah tried box end too thick...pipe a little bent from previous owner...I found a thin box end that I’m going to cut and modify and hopefully that works...

Find a 12 point wrench ( old one) grind it to fit around the bolt, with a bench grinder.

I'd replace it with a regular hex head. Too tight.
It almost looks like it had a hole in the tube and was welded.

Thanks for all the advice. Finally got it off with a wrench I cut. Replaced with a hex head and boat is up and running again. Thank you again to everyone who chimes in.
