If the engine in your boat currently has the Edelbrock carb and a Performer manifold (not Performer RPM), then that iron intake with Quadrajet carb would almost certainly show more horsepower on the dyno. How much of that power increase you will realize in the jet boat might not be noticeable...or it might...depending on the overall engine combo.
But that iron intake weights 60 pounds, so if yours is a mild engine, then the power gain is so close that the lighter weight of the aluminum intake might make up for the power difference and the boat would have the same or more top speed with the current setup.
