ok dumb question here for anyone. do you use the regular method and specs when you are adjusting a set of roller rockers as you would a stock set? or is there some cool ass new method?

It's gonna come down to what cam you have (hydraulic or solid), but how you adjust them hasn't changed.

Same as for stamped. On a hydraulic cam, you take it to zero lash, then however many turns past zero lash that the lifter specs call for. Usually between 1/4 and 3/4 turn past zero lash.
