Who makes a adapter to mount carbs sideways? And and disadvantages ?

They may just go on your mani sideways, have you checked? Usually they go sideways because anything bigger than a 600 has metering blocks on the secondaries. This puts them too far apart, most scoops are 9 5/8 apart center to center. I have two 1050's end to end and they are longer than my blower! Dooley makes the scoop for it and it's about three feet long. If they dont go sideways, which also hepls access the jets, maybe you could get half of Rays carb reversal kit..

I got dual 660s on an offy tunnel and they fit inline but sucks changin jets lol havent tried boltin them up sideways i dont think they will bolt up tho

Yeah, I DID only use half of it, worked out great!

Doing it X2 on my Ship.... :thumbup:

 Here's what i used to mount the Holley 4150's sideways on a Edelbrock TR2 intake :thumbup: disadvantage you have to run a Enderle linkage more money :thumbdown:.
