Screw it.  I've decided to purchase a crate engine for my 19' '76 Elim bubble (full strgr).  I will value your input.  Here are the parameters.  I already have an installed modified Berk Dom split bowl/droop jet / ride plate rigging set up with a stainless A  (i.e. PROPER TORQUE REQUIRED). The engine mounts, new Bassett twisties, various chrome covers I have already bought dictate that it MUST BE A CHEVY BB.   No blower. Pump gas 91-93.  Farmers Cancelled my umbrella yesterday because I bought a biat policy from Formost disclosing I will run 650hp and 85mph.  Farmers apparently has issues about over 76 mph boats.  Nikki is working on fixing this.  But Im kinda wondering if I should cut down on the power and speed cause i feel the need for the umbrella.   And who is the best at selling bbc crates where I can have it made to order for the 650 hp performance given my a impellar, who honors their guarantee?

I sure will be thankful for qualified recomendations.  Thank you.

675 tq and 6100rpm is all she turns on the water. It has a small solid roller cam with .590 lift for now.

Ok. Similar. Well you've helped me out a lot. Thank you. You have a nice boat.  There seems to be some question in your mind about your impellar being a B.  If you find out for sure I would appreciate knowing.  'Cause with all your power it seems I will need even more to turn my A up to redline while having torque for the hole.  ....my logic anyway.  That first guy replying and recommending a 632 may not be such a smart ass after all!  Lol.
