I was thinking of getting my Bassetts jet hot coated and noticed i have a slght crack in the headers where water comes out.  Can this be repaired and then coated or is it not worth it adn try to find another set of headers?

Weld it. It'll be good for a few seasons most likely. Fwiw the black spraypaint on my headers looks good still

BBQ grey/silver works pretty well also
