OK - let's hear how you guys are doing it. I just put a TR on my 460 Ford and am wondering if I should go with PVC or breather. The old setup up on it used a PVC.
It is My humble opinion that a PCV will not have near the volume required for a high revving marine engine, the load is too great at WOT and the crankcase pressure can build causing all sorts of issues....
A PCV valve is actually an emissions device and work killer on tight engines with higher vacuum levels than what we typically see.
I would breather both heads and if you wanted to, use MOPAR type breathers and run a hose to the scoop, or even a puke tank.
But then again, that's just me.
