Title: Speedometer tube leak

Question how much water would you see if this tube was leaking? I have some water running on the side of my boat back on the side by the gas tank. The tube also runs on top or behind the tank. I notice it the most when floating in water.

I would think non when not moving. The tubing is silly inexpensive, when in doubt, swap it out.
