Here's another one for OT headers that I found; I like it better than the first one I posted.




There are other ways to do it but these are the basics.

I have mine set up a little differently, right off the pump I have a TEE that takes fresh water to a header control valve at my feet, water goes out of this valve to my Bassett T fitting then into the headers.  The engine water comes in after the HCV tee, into a tee to both sides of the water intakes, out of the t-stat housing to TWO overboard dumps, it's all done in -8 hose (the HCV is -6)

Both are optional, both are good ideas, I don't run either 

Just make SURE you tighten, and re-tighten, and re-tighten again, all hose clamps and/or AN fittings.

Not that I would know anything about that............
