I know i know another :screwy: question, but do i use a thermostat or no in the bbc with logs? :banghead:

From what I have heard u want the motor to run around 150-160. But them again I'm no motor guru. Hahaha good luck brotha

To run a thermostat, you either need a spring check kit, like the one from CP or an inboard outboard type with a block mounted automotive style water pump.
You can not simply throw a stat in the housing...
What jet pump and motor we talkin' ?

LOL, Yea, If the engine was going back in a truck its a no brainer but with the jet boat cooling system, im clueless.
