But seriously is this common with the double timing chain on a BBC some type of locking system?

Bullet proof - It's a requirement on aircraft to safety wire bolts.... I doubt if Bo or Luke would have had time, let alone think about such a good safety device.

Post by: HDriderTH on February 04, 2008, 04:26:44 PM: Done correctly the wire exits the bolt in the pulling/tightening direction. They have pliers that will twist the wire right up for you, done in a jiffy.

Oil dissolves the glue. Dont ask how I know ::). But JB weld is oil proof, for awhile ;) :-[

They always use Duct Tape to solve everything... and I do mean everything.
