Is to Change a sbc out of a boat and
Drop a BBC in it.

What kind of mounts are in it now?  The rear, be it a bellhousing or 4 point deal will bolt tothe BB.  If it's a 4 point you'll need the front mount, if it's a 3 point you might be able to move the part that's mounted to the boat enough to fit the BB (I'm not really a bbc person, so someone more knowledgeable can chime in and tell how much different the mounting location is).  Then you'll need the PTO coupler for the BB.  And other odds and ends, water inlets, alternator mount, exhaust, etc.
