hi all this is my first posting. I could really use some help. I recently bought a 74 sleekcraft with a 454 and a jucuzzi jet. It need lots of attention when i got it. I took it out for a test run and ran fine, but when i got it home to do a reassurance inspection i found a fair amount of water in the oil. found the problem and fixed it, but need to know what i should do to clear out the water after an oil and filter change of course . Any tricks tips or knowledge would be helpful and any recomended oil types i should run. thanks for your help.......

If you get the oil temp above 212 deg. the water will just boil out. A few passes at WOT :o should heat it up enough.

My thoughts also. My boat used to sit outside and it would get condensation everywhere and after a good run it would all go away .
