Title: Water pressure in engine, Can I use a Automotive gastet on my exhaust manifolds

I have my water feeding the motor from the jet.  Do I need a pressure regulator on it? 

Can I use automotive gastet on my exhaust manifold to my logs?  Or high Temp Silicone?

Yes, alot of the guys just use hi temp gasket maker

I use Fel-Pro header gaskets on my BBC logs.

I used studs and brass nuts and through a wrench on them between trips and haven't had any problems.
