I'm curious if anybody out there is ever tried to weld up the faces of your log exhaust manifolds I would sure like anybody's input about it

I've welded ears back on and welded large tube angled exits for on for a build... even welded cracks and patched holes. It can be done... just keep in mind the aluminum used is crap... and with corrosion and such... can be a pita to weld and/or have nice looking welds. Other than that... not a big deal.

Thank you very much for the input I took him to a welder today and he thought he could well them without any problem so only time will tell
