looking for 460 Ford specs

I need torque specs, sequences, etc... for a 460 Ford, from the bottom to the top and everything in between. Is there a web site or??

Head bolts-140
Rods- 45

Here's what a quick google turned up

As for sequence, start in the middle and work your way out, go to the opposite side of the engine and the farthest away from where you just were, 3 steps.

Go to the part store and for 3 dollars buy a torq spec book! They are made by fel pro and cover all domestic engines and years.
