So first pardin my primitive drawing...

Ran across a boat plumbed like the top picture and don't understand what it is plumbed this way? One of the holes out of the intake is plugged and a single line runs out of the intake to a plumbing nightmare under the driver seat that Ts off into two valve one runs out of the valve over board the other out of the valve to the Bassett T...never seen a boat plumbed like this...

The bottom picture is what I am accustomed to seeing two lines out of the intake one runs up under the driver seat to a gate valve and then over board. The second line to the Bassett T then to each header.

Any thoughts either way on this?

1977 Challenger

Where is this boat running ? I have a buddy that lives in Washington state and runs that kinda set up , the water is cold and he wants to keep the engine warmer , with out the restriction valves he runs about 100deg . The thermostat never opens and the motor hard starts when shut down after a run , will hit him up and see if he can send some pics .
