Title: What oil temps are you seeing on the water

Just looking for an average of what people see in thier jets. Need to figure out if I should swap out my 140-250 degree water temp gauge (that is actually reading oil temp) for a real oil temp gauge (140-340).

Thats gonna be a wide range of temps. Some run there engines very cold some run warm. I try for at least 160-180 for many reasons.
