Title: what plugs should i use

i am not looking for any more ponies i want reliability.

i am running a stock 454 aggressive cam air gap intake and demon 800 carb. i was just wondering what kind of plugs and what gap to run in my motor.

a part number would be great along with a gap clearance..

I'm running Autolite #26 in my 454.

I gapped at .032

My ignition is very mild, Pertronix pick-up with a Mallory coil.
