Best bet- pull the block plugs above the pan rail, as well as all of the manifold hoses.
Or, using the connection between the jet and engine, (and possibly a short section of hose) fill the entire engine, logs and snails with rv antifreeze, until it comes out the exhaust on the transom, roughly 2 gallons. (Pink stiff is far more lake friendly than green car antifreeze)
Spring time, launch fire it up and go.
